These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AISLEPRO (the "app"), provided by Brian Marchini ("we", "us", "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
AISLEPRO is a grocery list app that lets you tag items with store locations (aisle, department, shelf) so shopping can happen without backtracking. No account is required to use the core app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AISLEPRO. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Accounts
Signing in (via email magic link, Google, or Apple) is optional. If you sign in, you're responsible for maintaining access to the sign-in method you used. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions and Purchases
AISLEPRO offers an optional AislePro Unlimited upgrade (monthly, annual, or lifetime) via in-app purchase, unlocking additional features. Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play:
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — we don't have access to cancel it for you.
- The lifetime option is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the list and store data you create. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter into the app.
Acceptable Use
Don't use AISLEPRO to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the app beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer
AISLEPRO is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It's a personal shopping tool — suggested items are calculated from data you enter and shouldn't be relied on where accuracy is critical.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the app will not exceed the greater of $20 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the app will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
